Once you’ve seen a house you like, you’ll need time to get the deposit together and arrange for everyone to sign the tenancy agreement, so you may reserve it for 7 days and we won’t let it to another group in that time.

Don’t worry, if you haven’t got a full team yet; it’s still ok to take a house, if you’re sure you can soon find another housemate or you’re happy to split the cost of the empty room between you. We do need the full deposit, though.

It’s easier all round if we deal with just one person, so you’ll need to choose a Group Leader, someone who’s well organized, dependable and has ready access to the internet.

The first step is to register your group here and give details of everyone in it. The Group Leader should do this.
