Once you’ve seen a house you like, you’ll need to register your group, get the deposit together, then contact us.

We’ll release the tenancy agreement to you on-line, so that you can all check and sign it. We’ll also arrange to meet you within 48 hours to complete the agreement and collect the deposit.

It’s easier all round if we deal with just one person, so you’ll need to choose a Group Leader, someone who’s well organized, dependable and has ready access to the internet.

The first step is to register your group here and give details of everyone in it. The Group Leader should do this.
