Jeanne and Clive are always available to contact and are helpful with any queries; being quick to solve any problems. Bob is fantastic, and is quick to reply and always around that day or the following day to sort out any maintenance problems in the flats. Deposits are returned fast, within a few days of vacating the apartment. Living in loweredge apartments has made the year more comfortable and pleasant."

Whenever something broke down in the house it was replaced straight away (not with cheap rubbish too!), and for odds and ends Bob the handy man was always just a text away. After moving out I got my full deposit back too, so you can trust them to be fair in that area. "Renting from Loweredge could not have been easier. The house was spectacular and quickly became our home. Jeanne and Clive were always very understanding and helpful, and always got back to you very quickly. The way paying rent was handled was brilliant and they always understood and tried to help if you were going to be late with payments for whatever reason. Bob, the maintenance man, is a lovely chap always interested in how your getting on and always came the day we called him! Sometimes this was an hour later or so, sometimes 10-15mins. Our deposits were returned in full one week after we had moved out. For me the service could not have been better and our house made my university experience, and many other peoples due to the amount of parties we had! It was a very sad day when we had to move out and leave Loweredge but I know we will all remember our house, with happy memories, for a very long time. Thank-you both very much. The house (3 Woodthorpe Terrace) is a fantastic house with a great choice of rooms and a perfect living room for socialising. It has a certain homeliness to it that a lot of student accommodations lack. Plus, I can't think of any other landlord than Loweredge which has had such a convenient handyman like Bob, who has been fantastic, anytime, any problem, Bob's your man.
